The Greek letters combine vertically and horizontally to proclaim Jesus Christ as the Light (PHOS) and the Life (ZOE) of the world. From the Holy Scriptures (John 8:12): Then Jesus spoke out again, "I am the light of the world. The one who follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."
