Please be sure to inspect your order once it is received. Claims for shortages, errors, or damaged merchandise must be reported within 30 days of order invoice date (US and Canada only). Bookstore returns must be reported within 90 days of invoice date. Please call for prior authorization for all returns. 

We do not accept returns on seasonal items.

We do not accept returns on non-Conciliar Press products unless they are received damaged.
